Role & Responsibilities
- Perform core administrative duties for Communications & Image projects supporting the global golf portfolio: order entry, invoicing, contract layout and dispatch, correspondence and expense report processing.
- Maintain and update internal systems and databases, including CRM records, calendars, event listings and contractual data.
- Coordinate invitations and manage event materials to ensure timely delivery and on‑site readiness.
- Act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders — committees, brand ambassadors, agents, subsidiaries and internal departments — to secure seamless project execution.
- Autonomously manage and coordinate multiple projects in collaboration with activity managers and project leads.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree (HES or equivalent) or diploma in hotel management or related field.
- Bilingual French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organisational acumen, initiative and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Discreet, rigorous and detail‑oriented with high standards of confidentiality.
- Flexible, versatile and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Affinity for high‑performance sport, preferably with experience or interest in golf or sports events.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within events, hospitality, sports or the luxury sector; experience working on international projects or with cross‑functional stakeholders is desirable.
Education
Higher education (HES) diploma or degree, or equivalent qualification in hotel management or business administration.
