Role & Responsibilities
- Execute administrative tasks related to projects, including order entry, invoicing, contract formatting and dispatch, and drafting various correspondences and expense reports.
- Manage and update internal tools such as CRM systems, calendars, various listings, and contractual data.
- Ensure the monitoring of invitations and event materials.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth organization of projects and events, including governing bodies, ambassadors, agents, subsidiaries, internal departments, and other responsible parties.
- Independently manage and coordinate various projects in collaboration with activity managers.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
