Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to affluent and VIP clients across sales, after‑sales and bespoke requests.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed boutique sales targets and KPIs through proactive clienteling and pipeline management.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients using targeted outreach, appointment selling and CRM tools.
  • Present and articulate technical and aesthetic attributes of haute horlogerie movements and complications with confidence.
  • Support boutique operations including stock management, POS transactions, sales administration and adherence to security procedures.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising standards, window dressing and in‑store product presentation to reflect brand image.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales staff; participate in product training and local commercial initiatives.
  • Liaise with regional management on client requests, special orders and inventory allocation.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, ideally within watches or fine jewellery.
  • Right to work in Australia.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour appropriate for a luxury environment.
  • Strong clienteling discipline and experience using CRM or client database systems.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality, sales or a related discipline preferred but not required.
