Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales performance by proactively managing and converting high‑value client interactions to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Develop, cultivate and maintain a portfolio of high‑net‑worth and repeat clients through personalised clienteling and discreet relationship management.
- Offer authoritative product advice with deep horological knowledge — explain complications, materials and manufacture processes to sophisticated clientele.
- Manage boutique operations including POS transactions, cash handling, stock control, opening/closing procedures and accurate record keeping.
- Coordinate private appointments, trunk shows and client events; collaborate with regional teams on VIP experiences and bespoke requests.
- Execute visual merchandising and window dressing to brand standards, ensuring merchandise presentation reflects seasonal campaigns and launches.
- Liaise with after‑sales and service teams to coordinate repairs, warranties and customer follow‑up, ensuring a seamless client journey.
- Coach and mentor junior sales staff, sharing product knowledge, sales techniques and best practices to elevate overall team performance.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with demonstrable success selling watches, jewellery or other premium accessories.
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a client‑focused, discreet approach suited to high‑net‑worth customers.
- Robust knowledge of mechanical watchmaking; formal horology training or substantial on‑the‑job experience preferred.
- Impeccable personal presentation, professional demeanour and ability to represent a haute horlogerie maison at the highest level.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and during peak retail periods; authorised to work in Switzerland.

Experience
Minimum of 4 years' retail experience within luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories with proven success in building and retaining high‑value client relationships and consistently meeting sales targets.
Education
Secondary education (high school) required; vocational training in sales, retail management or horology preferred.
