Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects the maison's luxury standards and technical savoir‑faire.
- Proactively develop and maintain a portfolio of clients through clienteling, follow‑ups and curated appointment management.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while maximising conversion and average transaction value.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of Roger Dubuis collections and explain technical watch complications with clarity and confidence.
- Execute merchandising, visual standards and store presentation to brand directives; manage stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with after‑sales, service and headquarters teams to ensure seamless post‑sale care and client satisfaction.
- Support boutique events, VIP appointments and trunk shows; contribute to local client acquisition initiatives.
- Perform cash handling, POS transactions and daily store opening/closing procedures in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Professional appearance and impeccable client-facing manner appropriate to a haute horlogerie environment.
- Proven ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships in a luxury retail setting.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality when managing high‑net‑worth clients.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel locally for client appointments when required.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury retail, ideally within watchmaking, jewellery or high‑end fashion boutiques, with demonstrated sales performance and client portfolio development.
Education
Secondary education completed; vocational training or certifications in retail, sales or hospitality are advantageous.
