Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, bespoke client service in a boutique environment, anticipating needs and cultivating long‑term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through expert product presentation and consultative selling.
  • Develop and maintain a client portfolio using proactive prospecting, clienteling and follow-up communications.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge of mechanical watches and complications; conduct appointments and in‑boutique demonstrations.
  • Manage boutique visual merchandising and ensure product presentation meets brand standards at all times.
  • Operate POS and reservation systems, process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
  • Coordinate with after‑sales service and workshops to ensure seamless client care and warranty follow‑up.
  • Contribute to stock control procedures, shipments reception and internal loss‑prevention protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within high‑end watchmaking or jewellery.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centred approach.
  • Ability to present technical watchmaking content clearly and confidently to clients.
  • Professional appearance, discretion and ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Proactive, organised and target‑driven with strong attention to detail.

Experience

Typically 2+ years of direct sales experience in luxury retail, ideally in watches or jewellery, with a proven record of meeting sales targets and building a loyal client base.
