Roger Dubuis seeks a Brand President, Americas in New York to lead commercial strategy, P&L and regional growth across the Americas.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial and brand strategy for the Americas to accelerate market share, desirability and long-term brand equity.
- Own regional P&L, revenue forecasting, budget allocation and financial performance across wholesale, retail and direct channels.
- Lead development and execution of omnichannel retail strategy, boutique network planning and wholesale/distributor partnerships.
- Direct marketing, communications and experiential programs in-market — including product launches, events, partnerships and PR — to reinforce brand positioning.
- Build, mentor and mobilize a cross‑functional regional leadership team (sales, marketing, retail operations, after‑sales and training).
- Establish and monitor KPIs; report commercial performance and strategic initiatives to global headquarters and collaborate closely with manufacture and product teams.
- Negotiate and manage key commercial agreements with retail partners, travel retail and strategic accounts across North and Latin America.
- Ensure exemplary client service and clienteling practices; drive high-value client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Represent the Maison at industry events, trade forums and high-profile client engagements; ensure compliance with corporate governance and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience in luxury goods, preferably in haute horlogerie, watches, jewelry or adjacent luxury categories.
- Demonstrable P&L ownership and track record of delivering revenue growth across multiple markets in the Americas.
- Experience managing multi‑market teams and complex channel mixes (owned retail, wholesale, travel retail, e‑commerce).
- Exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation skills and existing network across key US, Canadian and Latin American accounts.
- Strong strategic marketing sensibility and experience overseeing high‑impact brand and experiential programs.
- High level of cultural fit for luxury client service: discretion, sophistication and polished public representation.

Experience
Extensive senior leadership experience—typically 10+ years in luxury goods with senior regional or country leadership roles, including clear P&L responsibility and multi‑market team management across the Americas.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
