Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the movement of finished goods from distribution points to clients.
- Coordinate distribution of finished goods for assigned stores.
- Plan and coordinate timely deliveries of new products.
- Assist with product availability and delivery processing for store openings and closures.
- Distribute visual merchandising products and collaterals to stores and franchise partners.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand and ensure fair distribution.
- Process and track orders for timely and accurate delivery.
- Serve as a key contact between internal departments and external partners.
- Conduct weekly calls with assigned stores for updates and information exchange.
- Identify and resolve supply chain inefficiencies.
- Monitor shipments and report issues to the Logistics Manager.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and optimize stock availability.
- Prepare reports for stakeholders and track key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain.
- Fluent in German and English.
