RIMOWA in Geneva seeks a Store Manager to lead boutique operations, drive sales and develop talent in a permanent, full‑time role.

Overview

RIMOWA is a German luxury luggage maison within the LVMH group, recognised for craftsmanship, functional design and technical innovation. Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and motivate the boutique team to deliver exceptional sales and service on the shop floor.
  • Recruit, train and develop staff; drive a culture of excellence and continuous learning using RIMOWA standards and training programs.
  • Maximise sales performance through product education, coaching on selling techniques and regular review of individual transaction metrics.
  • Monitor achievement of individual goals, provide timely feedback and support client advisors in their selling process.
  • Coordinate with in‑store technicians and operations teams to ensure flawless after‑sales service and smooth operational flows.
  • Analyse weekly and monthly performance, produce action plans and report findings to the General Manager.
  • Ensure store presentation, visual merchandising and new launch displays meet brand standards; maintain compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Act as a role model for RIMOWA values, demonstrating the brand’s sales and service model in client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Proven leadership and people‑management skills, including recruitment and talent development.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving sales and coaching teams to achieve KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable plans.

Experience

Minimum 5+ years of progressive sales and management experience within luxury retail, including people leadership, recruitment and measurable success in driving boutique sales.

Education

High‑school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education or professional training in business, retail management or hospitality is preferred.
