Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, brand‑consistent customer service across the Paris retail network while adhering to internal operational procedures.
  • Represent RIMOWA’s values in every client interaction and ensure a personalised, high‑end boutique experience.
  • Support sales objectives and contribute to revenue growth by leveraging available omnichannel services.
  • Identify and anticipate customer needs, providing informed guidance and appropriate product recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain deep product expertise in luxury luggage and leather goods to advise clients accurately.
  • Participate in client retention activities and assist in expanding and maintaining the CRM database.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in higher education at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and eligible for an alternance/work‑study contract.
  • Strong interest in RIMOWA, the travel sector and/or luxury leather goods.
  • High interpersonal skills — warm, dynamic and customer‑oriented demeanour suited to an international clientele.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and open to adopting new working methods.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Available to start the work‑study placement in September 2026.
