Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, boutique-level customer consultations that convert interest into sales while reinforcing long-term client relationships.
- Achieve individual CRM targets through accurate customer profiling, follow-up communications and systematic relationship management.
- Provide front-line after-sales service: accept and assess repairs, coordinate with the technical team, manage customer communications and ensure timely returns.
- Perform minor on-site repairs and product servicing in accordance with RIMOWA quality standards.
- Maintain in‑store presentation and product knowledge, keeping abreast of new collections, materials and repair protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail or client-facing roles (experience in after-sales/repairs is an advantage).
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are highly desirable.
- Demonstrable client advisory aptitude with strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
- Comfort with CRM tools and a target-driven retail environment.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail or a comparable client-facing environment; prior exposure to after‑sales processes, repair intake or technical coordination is beneficial but not mandatory.
