Retail Support Associate
RIMOWA — Temporary Store Support / Client Advisor in Milan. One‑day assignment (6 April) to assist clients, after‑sales and deliveries at La Rinascente.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide ad hoc support across store operations where the sales team requires additional assistance.
- Welcome and greet clients at the store entrance, ensuring an elevated and comfortable in‑store experience.
- Support after‑sales activities, including processing repairs/returns and coordinating client communications.
- Assist with stockroom management, incoming deliveries and basic inventory handling.
- Represent the brand with exemplary luxury service standards and professional presentation.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Customer‑oriented attitude with a strong focus on client experience and discretion.
- Professional appearance and the ability to deliver luxury service standards.
- Right to work in Italy for the duration of the assignment.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level. Previous experience in luxury retail or a customer‑facing role is welcomed but not required; newcomers with excellent client skills are encouraged to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or related fields is advantageous.
