Role & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new business requirements with global teams, assess feasibility, and provide effort estimates.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of POS-related projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant completion.
  • Continuously oversee project progress and generate detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders including end-users, IT staff, and vendors to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in retail technology project management.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Retail or IT development.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proficiency in developing project plans, process diagrams, and technical requirements.
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in French and professional English.

Skills

Technical awareness for assessing and scoping work. Experience in data flow management and SQL. Knowledge of SOA and APIs. Experience with CEGID Y2 and CEGID MPOS. Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in dynamic environments.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years in Retail or IT development, with significant experience in IT project management.
