Rimowa in Paris seeks a Junior Talent Acquisition (Apprenticeship) to manage intern and apprentice recruitment and onboarding for the Head Office.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and apprentices across the Head Office: gather hiring needs, draft and publish adverts, screen CVs, conduct phone pre‑qualifications, run interviews in French and English, present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
  • Prepare and finalise all administrative documentation for internships and apprenticeships (conventions, CERFA), ensuring candidates have complete files before their first day.
  • Act as the primary contact and information point for all topics related to internship and apprenticeship recruitment.
  • Design and run onboarding and community‑building activities for trainees and apprentices: integration days, administrative onboarding support, breakfasts, after‑works, cultural outings and internal workshops.
  • Lead cohort projects (Rimowa Graduate Project): define themes, coordinate communications, plan meetings and presentations, and track deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools and support employer‑brand events in coordination with LVMH initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives related to early‑careers programmes and events as required.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, Institut d'études politiques (IEP) or equivalent university programme with a specialisation in Human Resources — final‑year level.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; ability to work and interview in French is required.
  • Strong autonomy, proactivity and organisational rigour with high attention to confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy and stakeholder management.
  • Strong written communication and proven ability to produce clear, professional communications.
  • Proficiency in Pack Office.

Experience

Entry‑level — suitable for candidates with little or no professional experience; prior internships or first experiences in HR/recruitment are advantageous.

Education

Final‑year student in a business school, IEP or equivalent university programme with specialisation in Human Resources.
