Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects and cross-organizational initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into IT project plans and solutions.
  • Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Define all expected deliverables, including functional specifications and acceptance booklets.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project governance policies and procedures.
  • Oversee project portfolio management and reporting to the Chief Technology Officer.
  • Promote best practices in project management and governance across the organization.
  • Collaborate effectively with international teams across Europe, Asia, and North America.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in project management with a strong IT focus, ideally in the retail/luxury sector.
  • Solid experience with cross-functional transformation processes in an international organization.
  • Proficient in project management, with certification or consulting experience as an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and French, with German being advantageous.

Experience

At least 8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the retail or luxury sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
