Rimowa seeks a Human Resources Intern in New York to support recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement for its luxury retail teams.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, coordinating interviews and preparing offer and rejection communications.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding logistics, prepare orientation materials and support induction sessions for new hires.
- Plan, coordinate and execute employee engagement events and internal communications relating to those initiatives.
- Maintain and update confidential employee records and organizational charts, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy standards.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as requested by HR leadership.
- Provide administrative support to HR and retail teams and respond to routine employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
- Perform ad hoc HR tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of prior HR coursework or internship experience.
- Currently enrolled in a BA or BS program at an accredited university.
- Strong administrative, organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills suitable for interfacing with senior leadership.

Experience
Beginner — at least one year of academic coursework or internship experience in Human Resources or a related field; prior exposure to retail HR or recruitment preferred.
Education
Enrolled in a BA or BS program at an accredited university (in progress).
