RIMOWA — Finance Business Analyst (Apprenticeship) in Paris. 12‑month alternance from Sept 2026; support EMEA reporting, analysis and internal control.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain weekly sales reporting for Europe; contribute to the weekly sales brief circulated to the General Manager Europe and senior leadership.
  • Support monthly EMEA performance reporting: track regional KPIs, consolidate inputs from Regional Managers, Marketing, E‑commerce and Supply Chain, and propose improvements for presentation to EMEA Management and the Executive Committee.
  • Design, digitize and automate existing performance reports to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate monthly financial close activities for EMEA entities with accounting teams: prepare close instructions, analyse variances versus budget, and consolidate results.
  • Contribute to subsidiary budget preparation and perform ad hoc financial analyses with actionable recommendations for management.
  • Verify the application of internal control procedures in region stores, collaborate with operational teams to implement corrective actions and monitor their impact.
  • Participate in the Group ERICA (Enterprise Risk and Internal Control Assessment) self‑assessment process for relevant entities and prepare related documentation and reports.

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in a business school or engineering school with a specialisation in corporate finance, accounting or equivalent.
  • Strong numerical rigour, organisation and autonomy; proven ability to respect deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Affinity for information systems and data/analytical tools; prior exposure to financial reporting processes.
  • Good command of English is essential to interact with stakeholders across the EMEA region.
  • Availability for a 12‑month apprenticeship starting September 2026.
