RIMOWA in Paris seeks an E‑commerce Acquisition Assistant (work‑study) to support paid social, search, affiliate and SEO performance campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the online acquisition team in implementing and monitoring performance advertising across paid social, search (SEA), affiliate, display and SEO channels.
  • Prepare campaign launch documentation and manage visual asset validation in collaboration with brand marketing and media agencies.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using media platform data, Google Analytics and internal dashboards; translate findings into actionable optimisations across the conversion funnel.
  • Contribute to affiliate programme growth by identifying prospective partners and maintaining onboarding materials (visual assets, brand decks).
  • Assist with product feed optimisations via the internal feed management tool and ensure feed readiness for media channels.
  • Participate in SEO/GEO analyses and competitive monitoring of AI search tools and LLM developments to inform discovery and ranking strategy.
  • Maintain and improve local store visibility using platforms such as Yext and Google My Business.
  • Attend cross‑regional meetings (Japan, Asia, Europe, Brazil, USA) and liaise with internal teams and external agencies primarily in English.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) programme in Marketing, Digital, E‑commerce, Data or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience handling and interpreting large datasets.
  • Fluent professional communication in English to collaborate with international teams; strong written and verbal clarity.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and campaign documentation.
  • Attention to detail, organisational discipline and a strong sense of brand image and creative guidelines.
  • Autonomous worker with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Interest in digital media, online advertising and emerging search/AI technologies.
  • Experience or certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Business Manager is advantageous.
