RIMOWA in Paris seeks a CRM Data Analyst (apprenticeship) — one‑year internship supporting Retail, E‑commerce and CRM analytics.

Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to analysis and interpretation of CRM and business data to extract actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the design, development and regular update of dashboards and KPI reports to monitor Retail, Merchandising, E‑commerce and Customer Experience performance.
- Detect trends and anomalies within datasets and escalate findings with recommended next steps under team supervision.
- Translate business requests into simple queries or analyses and liaise with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements.
- Support end users in effective use of CRM reports, including access reporting and KPI quality validation.
- Participate in data quality checks to ensure integrity and consistency of CRM datasets.
- Help document data sources, report definitions and analytical processes to maintain team knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bac+3/4 (Bachelor’s level) degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or a comparable quantitative discipline.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem‑solving aptitude demonstrated through academic work or projects.
- Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI or Google Data Studio); basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English.
- Curiosity, rigor, proactivity and a demonstrable eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams.

Experience
Entry-level/apprenticeship: no previous professional experience required. Academic projects, coursework or short internships in data analysis, analytics or business intelligence are advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (Bac+3/4) program in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or a related quantitative discipline.
