Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and returning clients, ensuring a personalized RIMOWA experience.
  • Conduct case repairs within the boutique workshop, adhering to RIMOWA standards.
  • Manage repair logistics using the repair management system, including parts ordering and organization.
  • Maintain workshop organization, ensuring all machines and tools are in optimal condition.
  • Communicate repair details to clients and provide comprehensive product advice.
  • Coordinate with the client care department for specialized repairs.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, embodying RIMOWA's values and fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills

Proficiency in craftsmanship and technical repair. Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities. Excellent communication skills in both the national language and English; additional languages are advantageous. Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a proactive and collaborative approach. Enthusiasm for retail and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
