Client Advisor
RIMOWA is hiring a Client Advisor in Vancouver — full-time, on-site role focused on luxury sales, clienteling and in-store merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales by converting foot traffic and cultivating repeat business through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain and grow an active client book: prospect new clients, nurture existing relationships and manage post-sale service and repair inquiries.
- Deliver authoritative product and brand education, including knowledge of company history and competitive landscape, to enhance the customer experience.
- Operate store point-of-sale systems; accurately process payments, returns and complete opening/closing cash procedures.
- Execute merchandising standards and maintain store readiness, conduct inventory counts and adhere to loss prevention policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of retail or luxury sales experience, with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
- Proven ability to develop and manage a client book; experience with prospecting and relationship management preferred.
- Professional presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.
