RIMOWA Client Advisor — Toronto (Yorkdale). Permanent full‑time luxury retail role focused on sales, client development and store operations.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets through proactive selling and client development.
  • Educate clients on brand history, product construction and the latest collections to drive informed purchases.
  • Maintain and cultivate an active client book, prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships through timely follow‑up.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, including post‑sale support for repairs and enquiries.
  • Operate store systems and POS, open/close registers, process payments and returns in accordance with company procedures.
  • Conduct inventory counts, adhere to loss prevention policies and maintain store readiness and merchandising standards.
  • Support team members to meet collective store objectives and participate in in‑store initiatives and events.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record developing client relationships and maintaining an active client book.
  • Professional presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving aptitude, collaborative team orientation and a positive attitude.
  • Availability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.
  • Knowledge of fashion and design trends and a genuine affinity for travel and lifestyle categories.

Experience

At least 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury goods sector, with demonstrable success in client development and meeting sales targets.
