RIMOWA seeks a Client Advisor in Salzburg (Temporary, 1 Jan–31 Mar). Join the LVMH Maison to deliver luxury sales and after‑sales expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver first‑class, consultative customer service to build and deepen client relationships and achieve individual CRM and sales targets.
  • Act as the primary after‑sales contact: manage enquiries, coordinate repairs with the technical team and ensure timely returns to customers.
  • Perform on‑site minor repairs and quality checks, ensuring products meet RIMOWA’s exacting standards before handover.
  • Record and update client interactions and sales activity in the CRM to support loyalty and retention initiatives.
  • Represent the brand in store through impeccable presentation, product knowledge and adherence to RIMOWA sales protocols.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues and the wider LVMH network on promotions, client events and operational tasks during the contract period (1 Jan–31 Mar).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of client‑facing experience, preferably within luxury retail or premium goods.
  • Proven track record in consultative selling and meeting individual CRM targets.
  • Demonstrable experience handling after‑sales processes and coordinating product repairs.
  • Highly service‑oriented with excellent verbal communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Availability for the fixed‑term assignment from 1 January to 31 March; willingness to work on site and flexible retail hours.
