Role & Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer relationships through first-class consultations, leveraging an outgoing and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Achieve individual CRM goals and demonstrate proficiency in product and repair training to excel in customer interactions, including sales and on-site repairs.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for after-sales topics, maintaining customer connections beyond the initial purchase.
  • Ensure first-class processing of repairs, coordinating with the technical team from acceptance to return to customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the luxury sector preferred, but open to new starters.

Skills

Fluent in Italian and English, with additional language skills considered an asset. Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and consultations.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
