Client Advisor (Mandarin-speaking)
Rimowa is hiring a Mandarin‑speaking Client Advisor in London (New Bond Street). Deliver luxury retail service, clienteling and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador: embody Rimowa’s DNA, maintain exemplary personal presentation, and model role‑model behaviour at all times.
- Deliver world‑class clienteling: welcome and educate clients, develop and maintain long‑term relationships, and build a personal client book through CRM capture and follow‑up.
- Drive sales performance: proactively recommend complementary products, meet and exceed individual sales targets, and convert enquiries into profitable sales.
- Visual merchandising and store standards: uphold Visual Merchandising guidelines and ensure the boutique environment reflects the brand image.
- After‑sales and service management: handle repairs, special orders and returns professionally while preserving client relationships.
- Operational duties: support stock control and inventory procedures, maintain accurate CRM records and adhere to company policies and retail KPIs.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken Mandarin (required) and fluent English (required) to service Mandarin‑speaking clients and international customers.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury goods or premium leather/luggage categories.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and understanding of retail KPIs.
- Impeccable personal presentation and the ability to represent a luxury brand image.
- Strong client service orientation, proactive attitude and resilience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of direct retail or luxury sales experience, ideally within premium leather goods, luggage or luxury accessories, with demonstrable achievement against sales targets.
Education
Secondary education (e.g., GCSE/A‑level or equivalent). Higher education in retail, luxury management or a related discipline is advantageous.
