Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and surpass individual sales objectives, contributing to the store's commercial success.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying RIMOWA's heritage and craftsmanship.
- Curate and cultivate a loyal client portfolio, fostering enduring relationships.
- Support and inspire colleagues, fostering a collaborative sales environment.
- Deliver a seamless post-purchase experience, managing client follow-ups and service requests.
- Anticipate client needs through knowledge of the brand and luxury landscape.
- Execute POS transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Participate in inventory management and uphold loss prevention standards.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation.

- Proven success in a premium or luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and retaining a discerning clientele.
- Impeccable personal presentation and exceptional communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
