Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and surpass individual sales objectives, contributing to the store's commercial success.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying RIMOWA's heritage and craftsmanship.
  • Curate and cultivate a loyal client portfolio, fostering enduring relationships.
  • Support and inspire colleagues, fostering a collaborative sales environment.
  • Deliver a seamless post-purchase experience, managing client follow-ups and service requests.
  • Anticipate client needs through knowledge of the brand and luxury landscape.
  • Execute POS transactions with precision and efficiency.
  • Participate in inventory management and uphold loss prevention standards.
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation.

  • Proven success in a premium or luxury retail environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and retaining a discerning clientele.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
