Role & Responsibilities
- Enhance customer relationships through first-class consultations, emphasizing luxury and customer focus.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics, ensuring customer satisfaction beyond the initial purchase.
- Manage the repair process, coordinating with technical teams to maintain high-quality standards and ensuring timely returns to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
