Client Advisor
RIMOWA seeks a Client Advisor in Costa Mesa, CA (South Coast Plaza) to deliver luxury sales and exemplary client service in store.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive prospecting and clienteling.
- Build and maintain an active client book, cultivating new and existing relationships to drive repeat business.
- Deliver expert product education and brand storytelling, communicating RIMOWA history, materials and product features.
- Provide exceptional customer service: follow up on purchases, repairs and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support the store team to meet collective sales objectives and maintain a collaborative, service-focused environment.
- Operate store POS, open/close registers, process payments and returns, and ensure accurate transaction handling.
- Perform inventory counts, adhere to company loss-prevention policies and support stock management procedures.
- Execute and maintain store visual merchandising standards and overall store readiness, including housekeeping duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain a client book; experience in prospecting and relationship management.
- Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude, a positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and handle boxes up to 20 lbs repeatedly.
- Knowledge of fashion and design trends and a demonstrated affinity for travel preferred.

Minimum 3 years of client-facing sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred, with demonstrated success building and managing a client book.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
