Client Advisor
RIMOWA seeks a Client Advisor in Beverly Hills, USA to drive luxury luggage sales and cultivate client relationships in-store.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets through proactive client engagement and closing techniques.
- Educate and advise clients on product features, brand heritage and current collections to build long-term loyalty.
- Maintain and develop an active client book; prospect new clients and conduct timely follow-up on enquiries, purchases and repairs.
- Deliver outstanding in-store customer service and ensure every client experience reflects brand standards.
- Operate the store POS system, open and close registers, process payments and refunds, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Conduct inventory counts, adhere to loss-prevention policies and support stock-control processes.
- Implement and maintain store merchandising standards and keep the boutique presentation-ready.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support overall store performance and achieve team sales objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience; luxury sales experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships; candidates with an established client book preferred.
- Professional presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving orientation, positive attitude and a collaborative team-player mindset.
- Knowledge of fashion and design trends and a demonstrable affinity for travel.
- Availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 20 lbs repeatedly.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury sales experience; track record of developing and prospecting client relationships. Candidates with an existing client book will be prioritised.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
