Wholesale Salesforce Developer Lead
Richemont seeks a Wholesale Salesforce Developer Lead in Moscavide, Portugal to lead Salesforce architecture and delivery for wholesale channels.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own the Salesforce technical architecture for wholesale channels, ensuring scalability, security and alignment with commercial objectives.
- Lead, mentor and allocate work for a cross-functional team of Salesforce developers, administrators and external vendors.
- Design and implement custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and declarative solutions to meet complex B2B requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and downstream systems (ERP, OMS, e‑commerce, PIM) using middleware and API best practices.
- Drive CI/CD, release management and automated testing for the Salesforce platform; enforce code quality through reviews and standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Commercial, IT Architecture and Compliance stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical deliverables.
- Troubleshoot performance, security and data model issues; lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage third‑party consultancy relationships, scope work, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions in a wholesale, B2B or complex multi-channel environment.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II; Architect-level credentials are highly desirable.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL and the Salesforce data model.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce B2B Commerce (or equivalent B2B commerce platforms).
- Practical experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/OMS using middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or similar) and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong stakeholder management and English communication skills; Portuguese proficiency is advantageous given the location.
- Demonstrable knowledge of CI/CD tooling for Salesforce (Salesforce DX, Git, automated deployment pipelines) and test automation approaches.

Experience
Senior technical background with approximately 8+ years in software development (or equivalent), including at least 4 years working on Salesforce implementations and a minimum of 2 years in a hands‑on lead or technical manager role delivering enterprise B2B/wholesale projects.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience accepted.
