A. Lange & Söhne is hiring a Watch Advisor in Abu Dhabi — boutique sales role advising collectors on haute horlogerie and building client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide bespoke, consultative service to high‑net‑worth clients and collectors, delivering exemplary clienteling from first contact through sale and aftercare.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge of A. Lange & Söhne movements, complications and collections to advise on technical and aesthetic attributes.
- Build and maintain a qualified client portfolio through proactive outreach, appointment management and follow‑up.
- Execute store merchandising and presentation in line with brand standards to ensure an elevated boutique atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and regional management to achieve sales targets and contribute to local business development initiatives.
- Manage sales administration, CRM records and post‑sales services, coordinating with after‑sales/technical teams as required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or watch sales, ideally with experience selling haute horlogerie or fine jewellery.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional, discreet manner appropriate for servicing affluent clientele.
- Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards consistent with a luxury boutique environment.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct experience in luxury retail or specialised watch sales; prior exposure to high‑value transactions and servicing private clients is highly desirable.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary diploma in hospitality, retail, business or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
