Richemont is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Mexico City to oversee inventory, shipping and the warehouse team for luxury goods.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing and outbound shipping to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
  • Manage and develop a team of warehouse associates: recruit, train, schedule, set performance targets and conduct regular reviews.
  • Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts, reconciliations and root-cause analysis of stock discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with brand security protocols, customs/import regulations and company health & safety standards.
  • Coordinate with logistics carriers, regional distribution and retail stores to optimize lead times and stock replenishment.
  • Administer warehouse documentation and reporting: shipment manifests, returns processing and KPI dashboards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce errors or damages.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution centre or logistics operation, ideally within luxury retail or high-value goods.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop frontline teams; strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Solid knowledge of inventory control practices, cycle counting and stock reconciliation procedures.
  • Familiarity with security best practices for high-value merchandise and experience coordinating with customs or freight forwarders.
  • Valid permits or certifications required locally for warehouse operations (e.g., forklift licence) as applicable.

Experience
