Richemont seeks a Visual Merchandising Coordinator in Mexico City — execute luxury store displays, window installations and campaign roll‑outs.

Role & Responsibilities
- Translate global and regional visual merchandising directives into executable store and window schemes for the Mexican market.
- Plan, coordinate and oversee seasonal installations, campaign roll‑outs and product launches across retail locations.
- Create and maintain planograms, display briefs and installation guidelines that ensure consistent brand presentation.
- Source, manage and maintain props, fixtures and installation inventories; coordinate with external suppliers and internal procurement.
- Work closely with store management, regional VM leads and cross‑functional teams (marketing, operations, buying) to align schedules, budgets and logistics.
- Train and coach store teams on VM standards, visual upkeep and merchandising routines to preserve in‑store brand integrity.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits, prepare reports with actionable recommendations and monitor KPI adherence for visual performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in visual merchandising, fashion, interior design, architecture or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably within luxury retail or premium fashion/beauty brands.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand standards, store operations and the importance of client experience in a high‑end retail environment.
- Excellent organisational and project‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple installations concurrently.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Availability to travel regularly to retail locations across the country and to work flexible hours for installations when required.

Experience
Approximately 3+ years of progressive visual merchandising experience, with a demonstrated track record of executing luxury displays, managing installations and coordinating with retail teams and suppliers in a multi‑store retail network.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent professional experience.
