Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Visual Merchandising team in the conception and implementation of seasonal store and window display concepts across the Paris retail network.
- Translate creative directives into actionable in-store layouts and install guidelines, ensuring consistent application of brand visual standards.
- Prepare display materials, props and technical briefs; assist with logistics and coordination with store teams and external vendors for roll-outs.
- Produce moodboards, layout sketches and photographic documentation of displays; maintain an organised library of VM assets and fixtures.
- Contribute to store visits, install supervision and post-install audits to ensure quality control and continuous improvement of merchandising execution.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognised diploma or degree program in visual merchandising, fashion, retail design, interior design or a related discipline (work‑study/alternance eligible).
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with an aptitude for three‑dimensional composition, colour and materiality; portfolio of visual work required.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple small projects under tight timelines.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with store teams, suppliers and cross‑functional partners.
- Fluency in French or ability to work in a French retail environment and legal authorization to undertake a work‑study contract in France.

Experience
Practical experience through internships or part‑time positions in retail, visual merchandising or set design is preferred; previous involvement in store installs or window displays is an advantage.
Education
Currently undertaking a vocational diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s level programme in visual merchandising, fashion, retail design, interior design or a closely related field (work‑study/alternance track).
