Visual Merchandising Assistant Project Manager
Richemont is hiring a Visual Merchandising Assistant Project Manager in New York to support luxury retail VM projects across maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the project manager in planning and delivering visual merchandising projects across flagship and boutique stores, ensuring brand guidelines and retail standards are met.
- Coordinate project timelines, production schedules and installation windows with internal teams (retail, design, operations) and external suppliers.
- Prepare technical documentation including floor plans, elevations, fixture specifications and installation instructions.
- Conduct site surveys and attend on-site installations to supervise execution, perform quality control and resolve technical issues.
- Manage sample flow, asset tracking and on-site logistics for displays, props and fixtures.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to obtain quotes, monitor lead times, and ensure compliance with contract specifications.
- Maintain project budgets and report on spend and variances to project leads.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of VM standards, asset libraries and project processes.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design or a related discipline.
- Strong visual sensibility with a detailed understanding of luxury retail presentation and brand standards.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
- Comfortable conducting frequent site visits and supervising contractors during installations.
- Rigorous attention to detail in technical drawings, specifications and quality assurance.

Experience
2–4 years of hands-on experience in visual merchandising, retail display or project coordination, preferably within luxury fashion, jewellery or premium retail environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design or related field.
