Richemont seeks a VIP Clients Relationship Manager in Dubai to cultivate HNW client relationships and drive luxury sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enduring relationships with high‑net‑worth and VIP clientele to maximize lifetime value and loyalty.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of priority clients through tailored outreach, private appointments, bespoke offers and exclusive events.
- Drive revenue growth against individual and boutique KPIs through client acquisition, conversion and retention strategies.
- Coordinate with boutique sales teams, after‑sales and product specialists to deliver a seamless, highly personalised service experience.
- Plan and execute private client events, trunk shows and VIP activations in market, liaising with marketing and event partners.
- Maintain accurate client records and activity logs in the CRM; produce client reports and sales forecasts for senior management.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discrete handling of sensitive client information and requests.
Qualifications
- Proven track record managing relationships with high‑net‑worth clients in a luxury retail, private sales or concierge role.
- Demonstrable achievement against sales targets and KPIs in a high‑end retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation and proven ability to conduct private sales appointments.
- High degree of discretion, cultural sensitivity and the ability to manage complex client requests.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for client events and appointments.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, private sales or client relationship roles, with demonstrable success managing and growing a portfolio of high‑value clients.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Luxury Brand Management or equivalent professional experience.
