Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and champion long-term brand vision, positioning and portfolio strategy to strengthen desirability and commercial performance across markets.
  • Lead cross‑functional planning for product, marketing, retail, digital and wholesale to ensure coherent go‑to‑market execution and omni‑channel consistency.
  • Translate consumer and market insights into actionable brand plans, product roadmaps and creative briefs that drive brand affinity and sales.
  • Develop annual and multi‑year brand plans including pricing strategy, channel mix, assortment cadence and promotional calendars.
  • Own performance measurement: set KPIs, forecast demand, monitor P&L impact and iterate strategy based on quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Manage external partners and creative agencies, directing brand narratives, campaigns and visual identity execution.
  • Build, mentor and scale a high‑performing brand strategy and planning team; foster collaboration with regional and category leaders.
  • Represent brand strategy in senior leadership forums and present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven senior leadership experience in brand strategy and planning within the luxury goods, fashion, watch or jewellery sectors.
  • Track record of delivering measurable commercial growth through strategic brand positioning and multi‑channel planning.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with forecasting, pricing and P&L influence.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders across product, retail and marketing.
  • Experience managing creative agencies and external partners to deliver high‑quality brand work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with aptitude for presenting to executive audiences.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to support markets and partners.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
