Richemont in Dubai seeks UAE nationals for Mustaqbalkom, a rotational graduate programme offering early-career development across luxury retail, marketing and operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured rotational placements across Richemont maisons in areas such as retail, client experience, marketing, operations and supply chain.
  • Deliver project work and process-improvement initiatives that address real business priorities and present findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Build client-facing experience through in-store assignments and customer-service responsibilities, including VIP client interactions and CRM follow-up.
  • Engage in formal learning modules, on-the-job training and mentorship from senior leaders to accelerate commercial and luxury-specific capabilities.
  • Contribute to cross-functional teams on merchandising, visual display and digital initiatives, ensuring brand standards are upheld.
  • Undertake regular performance reviews and development planning to chart progression within Richemont’s talent pipeline.

Qualifications

  • UAE national (Emiratian) — programme targeted to UAE citizens.
  • Recent university graduate (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in business, marketing, luxury management, hospitality or related discipline.
  • Available to undertake a fixed-term graduate programme and to be based in Dubai with flexibility for rotations across the UAE.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Experience
