Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in structured rotational placements across Richemont maisons in areas such as retail, client experience, marketing, operations and supply chain.
- Deliver project work and process-improvement initiatives that address real business priorities and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Build client-facing experience through in-store assignments and customer-service responsibilities, including VIP client interactions and CRM follow-up.
- Engage in formal learning modules, on-the-job training and mentorship from senior leaders to accelerate commercial and luxury-specific capabilities.
- Contribute to cross-functional teams on merchandising, visual display and digital initiatives, ensuring brand standards are upheld.
- Undertake regular performance reviews and development planning to chart progression within Richemont’s talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- UAE national (Emiratian) — programme targeted to UAE citizens.
- Recent university graduate (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in business, marketing, luxury management, hospitality or related discipline.
- Available to undertake a fixed-term graduate programme and to be based in Dubai with flexibility for rotations across the UAE.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Strong analytical aptitude, initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Experience
Entry-level: recent graduates or those with up to two years of relevant internship or early-career experience in retail, hospitality, marketing or client services are encouraged to apply.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, luxury management, hospitality or a related field.
