Traceability Integration Engineer
Richemont seeks a Traceability Integration Engineer in Moscavide, Portugal — lead integration workstreams to deliver end‑to‑end product traceability across systems.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain integration solutions that capture and propagate product traceability data across ERP, PLM, MES, WMS and external partner systems.
- Implement and manage APIs, messaging patterns and data transformation pipelines to ensure reliable flow of provenance, batch and lifecycle data.
- Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, quality and IT stakeholders to translate traceability requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans.
- Define and enforce data models, validation rules and lineage to guarantee data quality, auditability and regulatory compliance.
- Lead system testing, deployment and cutover activities; provide production support, performance monitoring and incident response for traceability interfaces.
- Prepare technical documentation, integration runbooks and handover artefacts; coach downstream teams on interfacing best practices and error handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
- Proven ability to translate business traceability requirements into robust technical integrations and data models.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with experience managing cross‑functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data governance, security controls and regulatory traceability requirements relevant to luxury goods manufacturing and distribution.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–6 years of experience in systems integration, software engineering or IT delivery with at least some exposure to supply chain, manufacturing or traceability projects; experience in a luxury or consumer goods environment is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent; advanced technical certifications preferred but not required.
