Richemont is hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist in New York to identify and engage top talent for its luxury maisons.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, engage and qualify passive and active candidates across corporate, retail, creative and technical functions using advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps for recurrent and hard-to-fill roles, prioritizing quality of hire and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Execute Boolean and X-ray searches on platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized databases; manage outreach cadences and candidate nurturing.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine job specifications and align sourcing strategy to business needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System; produce regular sourcing metrics and candidate funnel analysis.
  • Support employer-branding initiatives and targeted talent campaigns (events, social sourcing, referral programs) to increase talent attraction in luxury segments.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in proactive candidate sourcing and pipelining (preferably 3+ years).
  • Demonstrable experience engaging passive talent across multiple channels and seniority levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with hiring managers and recruiting teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs (time-to-fill, conversion rates, pipeline health).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and commercial understanding of the luxury sector.

Experience

At least 3 years of focused sourcing experience within recruitment or talent acquisition; experience sourcing for luxury retail, fashion, watches, jewellery or related professional functions is strongly preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; degree in human resources, business, communications or a related discipline preferred.
