Richemont is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Europe) in Amsterdam to lead full‑cycle recruitment and talent pipelining across European markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned European markets, from requisition intake through offer and onboarding.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for specialist, retail, creative and corporate roles across Europe.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to define role requirements, selection criteria and hiring timelines.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and structured interviews, providing hiring recommendations and supporting final decisioning.
  • Lead employer‑branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities to strengthen Richemont’s presence in target talent pools.
  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS records, and produce regular hiring reports and workforce insights for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, data protection requirements and internal hiring policies across jurisdictions.
  • Support campus recruitment, external agency relationships and executive search as needed to secure senior or hard‑to‑fill hires.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrable experience recruiting across multiple European markets, ideally within luxury retail, fashion, or premium consumer brands.
  • Proven capability in stakeholder management with hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Solid understanding of European employment law and immigration/work‑permit processes relevant to hiring.
  • Fluent English; additional European language(s) (e.g., French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish) strongly preferred.

Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent; HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) are advantageous but not mandatory.
