Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Richemont in Sydney seeks a Talent Acquisition Sourcer (6-month contract) to build candidate pipelines and support global hiring.

Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates across markets to build robust talent pipelines for mid-to-senior roles.
- Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Manage candidate outreach, qualification and shortlisting, ensuring a high-calibre candidate experience.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers to translate hiring briefs into targeted sourcing plans.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM, track pipeline metrics and produce regular sourcing progress reports.
- Map competitor organisations and talent pools to inform market intelligence and long‑term hiring strategy.
- Support interview coordination and candidate handover to recruiters, ensuring seamless progression through the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated sourcing or recruitment experience, ideally within professional services, technology or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of sourcing mid- to senior-level talent across multiple channels and markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach to candidate engagement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers in a matrixed environment.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Authorisation to work in Australia for the contract duration.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years' experience in a sourcing or recruitment-focused role with demonstrable success in building pipelines and placing mid- to senior-level candidates. Experience working with hiring managers across regions and familiarity with luxury or consumer brands is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
