Richemont is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner in Villars‑sur‑Glâne, Switzerland. Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for luxury maisons and partner with business leaders.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for assigned business units: define briefs, source candidates, screen, interview and manage offer processes.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to build workforce plans, talent pipelines and role profiles aligned with business needs.
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, talent mapping, Boolean search and use of external agencies when required.
- Manage candidate experience and employer brand touchpoints throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain and optimise ATS and candidate records; produce recruitment metrics and regular progress reports for stakeholders.
- Coach hiring managers on selection, interviewing best practices and diversity‑focused recruitment approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent qualification.
- Professional accreditation or training in recruitment, interviewing or HR (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of hiring best practices, candidate assessment and talent‑pipelining methodologies.
- Familiarity with Swiss employment practices and local labour market dynamics (advantageous).
Skills
Experience
Several years (typically 3–6) of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within luxury goods, retail, professional services or a matrixed corporate environment. Demonstrated track record managing mid‑to‑senior hires and collaborating closely with business leaders.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
