Richemont is hiring a Supply Chain Planning Product Specialist in Moscavide, Portugal — lead demand forecasting, inventory optimisation and S&OP for luxury product ranges.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate product and merchandising strategies into executable supply plans across seasonal cycles and product lifecycles.
  • Own demand forecasting inputs for assigned product ranges and reconcile with sales, wholesale and e‑commerce projections.
  • Manage inventory allocation and replenishment rules to optimise in‑store and omnichannel availability while minimising excess stock.
  • Coordinate the S&OP process for product planning stakeholders, driving consensus between merchandising, production, logistics and finance.
  • Maintain and validate product master data and planning parameters to ensure accurate replenishment and reporting.
  • Produce regular KPIs and analytic reporting to measure forecast accuracy, fill rates, stock turn and age, and propose corrective actions.
  • Support system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning tools, processes and controls.
  • Act as primary point of contact for cross‑functional stakeholders on planning issues, escalations and launch readiness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline; postgraduate study in supply chain or analytics preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in demand planning, inventory management or product planning within fashion, luxury goods or premium retail.
  • Strong analytical capability with a track record of improving forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across commercial, operations and IT teams.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with a process‑oriented mindset.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics or a related field; postgraduate qualification in supply chain/operations or analytics is advantageous.
