Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end supply chain optimization projects through data extraction, cleansing and analysis.
- Develop and validate demand-forecasting models and inventory replenishment parameters to improve service levels and reduce stockholding.
- Produce regular KPI reports and dashboards to track weeks of supply, fill rate, lead times and forecast accuracy for multiple brands.
- Create scenario and network-sensitivity analyses to inform sourcing, production and distribution decisions.
- Collaborate with procurement, production planning, logistics and commercial teams to translate analytical findings into operational improvements.
- Document process maps and business rules; propose continuous-improvement initiatives to streamline flows and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Economics or a closely related discipline.
- Strong quantitative aptitude with proven ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent Excel skills, including use of advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Effective communicator with experience presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or project experience in supply chain, operations, inventory analytics or a related analytical role is preferred but not mandatory. Practical exposure to forecasting, replenishment or ERP systems will be advantageous.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Economics, or comparable field.
