Role & Responsibilities
- Support supply chain and network optimization analyses by collecting, cleansing and analysing large datasets to inform inventory and distribution decisions.
- Develop and validate forecasting and inventory models; run scenario and sensitivity analyses to quantify trade-offs and upside.
- Extract data from ERP and transactional systems and perform ad hoc analysis using SQL, Python and advanced Excel techniques.
- Design and maintain dashboards and visualisations (Power BI/Tableau) to track KPIs, present findings and monitor project outcomes.
- Contribute to process-improvement initiatives and pilot deployments of optimization tools, documenting methodologies and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with planning, logistics, merchandising and IT stakeholders to ensure data integrity and support implementation of recommendations.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
- Strong quantitative aptitude with experience in data analysis, modelling and problem solving.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous internship or project experience in supply chain, logistics or operations is preferred.

Experience
Practical experience through academic projects or prior internships in supply chain, logistics, demand planning or operations analytics. Exposure to optimisation or forecasting work is strongly preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Business Analytics or a closely related field.
