Richemont is hiring a Stylist in Los Angeles — deliver personalised luxury styling and clienteling for a leading maison in Richemont's portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised styling and wardrobe curation for affluent clientele, both in-store and during private appointments.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up and tailored product recommendations.
  • Advise clients on product selection across categories (apparel, accessories, jewellery, watches) with impeccable product knowledge and attention to fit and proportion.
  • Manage client appointments and bookings, prepare looks for fittings and client events, and ensure seamless in-store experience.
  • Collaborate with store management, visual merchandising and buying teams to ensure curated assortments and floor presentation reflect brand standards.
  • Contribute to sales targets through discreet upselling, cross-selling and concierge-style service while maintaining strict confidentiality and client discretion.
  • Maintain accurate client records and notes to support personalised service and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering personalised styling or high-level client service within the luxury retail, fashion or personal shopping sector.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage an affluent, international clientele.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour consistent with a luxury brand environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness with demonstrated ability to convert advisory service into sales.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends; reliable local presence in Los Angeles and eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Additional language skills (Spanish, French or another language) are an advantage.

Experience
