Richemont seeks a Stylist in Dallas to provide personalised luxury styling and clienteling within a boutique environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised styling consultations and curated product recommendations for individual clients, both in boutique and by appointment.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up communications, and after‑sales service.
  • Drive retail performance by meeting individual and boutique sales targets while ensuring an exceptional luxury customer experience.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of product assortments, materials, and maison heritage to inform styling decisions and communicate product value.
  • Execute visual merchandising and display standards to ensure the boutique environment reflects the maison’s aesthetic and seasonal directives.
  • Coordinate fittings, bespoke requests and alterations with in‑house or external ateliers and ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Collaborate with store management and cross‑functional teams on client events, private appointments and inventory allocation.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to interact confidently with high‑net‑worth clients and deliver discreet, personalised service.
  • Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in luxury retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in customer rapport building and consultative selling.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and during seasonal peaks.
  • Professional presentation and high standards of grooming consistent with luxury retail expectations.

Experience

Typically 2+ years of hands-on experience in luxury fashion, jewelry or high-end retail, with demonstrable experience styling clients and managing client relationships.
