Richemont seeks a Stylist in Costa Mesa, CA to deliver personalised luxury styling and client service at its boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised styling consultations and curate product selections that reflect each client's taste and lifestyle.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and appointment management.
  • Drive sales performance by converting consultations into purchases and consistently meeting or exceeding individual targets.
  • Provide expert product knowledge, including materials, craftsmanship and care, to guide client purchasing decisions.
  • Support in-store visual merchandising and presentation to uphold the maison’s aesthetic and seasonal floor sets.
  • Manage fittings and alterations coordination, ensuring a seamless client experience from selection to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation in the store’s CRM or POS system.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury retail, personal styling or a related client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a regular client base.
  • Deep knowledge of luxury product categories, materials and styling principles.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a client-first orientation and discretion handling high-net-worth clientele.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
