Richemont is hiring a Stylist in Bicester — deliver personalised styling, build client relationships and represent a Richemont maison in luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one styling consultations and personalised shopping services for high-net-worth clients, in-store and by appointment.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and detailed CRM record-keeping to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Translate product knowledge into tailored recommendations across categories (jewellery, watches, leather goods, accessories) and curate looks for events and bespoke requests.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and conversion metrics while maintaining the brand’s standards for discreet, service-led selling.
- Support visual merchandising and presentation to ensure a compelling product narrative; assist with showroom and stock rotations as needed.
- Coordinate with store management and cross-functional teams (merchandising, after-sales) to fulfil special orders, styling requests and bespoke services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, personal styling or high-end fashion consultancy (typically 2+ years preferred).
- Demonstrable track record of client development, sales performance and strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a polished, professional demeanour suited to servicing affluent clients.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends; right to work in the UK.
- Formal training or diploma in fashion, styling or related discipline is preferred but equivalent experiential background will be accepted.

Experience
Minimum of two years’ experience in luxury retail, personal styling or as a fashion consultant, preferably within a high-end boutique or maison environment, with demonstrable sales results and client portfolio management.
Education
Diploma or degree in fashion, styling or related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
